This policy is valid for all managers and employees of QSS Global S.A. QSS Global S.A. is aware of the importance of impartiality and the necessity to comply with it, and therefore declare the following:

1. Personnel, involved in inspections, is fully impartial and their decisions cannot be influenced by either QSS Global SA management, employees, clients, partners or other third-parties.
2. QSS management never give any instructions or make any decisions that might influence the inspection results.
3. Inspections will not be carried out if they may lead to a conflict of interests. Any potential conflicts of interest are fully investigated in order to ensure independence, integrity and neutrality of inspection.
4. Decisions are based on objective evidence of compliance (or non compliance) issued by the Inspection Authority.
5. In case of discovered non-compliance, the inspection certificates of conformity will not be issued or will be temporarily suspended or cancelled until the issue is resolved.
6. All evidence obtained for the compliance determination is stored in accordance with the legislative requirements.
